Investing.com – Colombia stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Industrials, Services and Public Services sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP gained 0.19%.
The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Cemex Latam Holdings SA (CN:CLH), which rose 1.45% or 80.0 points to trade at 5580.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Interconnection Electric SA ESP (CN:ISA) added 3.77% or 480.0 points to end at 13200.0 and Grupoaval (CN:GAA) was up 0.45% or 5.0 points to 1110.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pfgrupoarg (CN:ARG_p), which fell 2.79% or 380.0 points to trade at 13220.0 at the close. Banco Davivienda Pf (CN:DVI_p) declined 1.77% or 600.0 points to end at 33320.0 and Almacenes Exito SA (CN:IMI) was down 0.84% or 120.0 points to 14160.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 15 to 11 and 4 ended unchanged.
Shares in Pfgrupoarg (CN:ARG_p) fell to all time lows; losing 2.79% or 380.0 to 13220.0. Shares in Almacenes Exito SA (CN:IMI) fell to 52-week lows; falling 0.84% or 120.0 to 14160.0.
US coffee C for December delivery was up 2.76% or 3.12 to $116.22 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in December rose 2.45% or 51.50 to hit $2155.00 , while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.51% or 6.30 to trade at $1221.30 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 0.44% to 3102.50, while BRL/COP rose 0.31% to 820.09.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.29% at 94.96.
