The worst performers of the session were Avianca Holdings Pf (CN:AVT_p), which unchanged 0.00% or 0.0 points to trade at 2260.0 at the close. Cemargos (CN:CCB) declined 2.17% or 200.0 points to end at 9000.0 and Almacenes Exito SA (CN:IMI) was down 1.10% or 180.0 points to 16180.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 9 to 7 and 4 ended unchanged.

US coffee C for September delivery was up 1.96% or 2.11 to $109.78 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in December rose 2.65% or 56.00 to hit $2170.00 , while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.45% or 5.50 to trade at $1217.70 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 0.28% to 2900.65, while BRL/COP fell 0.32% to 777.68.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.12% at 95.14.
