Investing.com – Colombia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Financials, Industrials and Public Services sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP gained 0.10%.
The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Banco Davivienda Pf (CN:DVI_p), which rose 0.97% or 320.0 points to trade at 33160.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Ecopetrol SA (CN:ECO) added 0.71% or 10.0 points to end at 1410.0 and Avianca Holdings Pf (CN:AVT_p) was up 0.71% or 20.0 points to 2835.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Conconcret (CN:CIC), which fell 0.99% or 10.0 points to trade at 1000.0 at the close. Almacenes Exito SA (CN:IMI) declined 0.51% or 80.0 points to end at 15700.0 and Cemex Latam Holdings SA (CN:CLH) was down 0.51% or 60.0 points to 11740.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 11 to 10 and 7 ended unchanged.
US coffee C for December delivery was down 0.02% or 0.02 to $130.95 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in December rose 1.69% or 34.00 to hit $2048.00 , while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.45% or 5.78 to trade at $1290.78 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 0.18% to 2960.00, while BRL/COP rose 0.31% to 929.62.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.53% at 93.05.
