Investing.com -- Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) said it would close another 14 stores in Florida amid rising Covid-19 cases in the state.
The closures on Friday come a day after the company shut seven locations in the Houston area, also because of rising virus cases.
Apple began opening its stores in May following weeks of Covid-related shutdowns, but the iPhone maker has had to reevaluate store operations given outbreaks of the virus in certain states.
Shares of Apple rose 1.3% on Thursday.
