Libra, Facebook’s digital asset project, has moved fast to attract partners. The project is already running its testnet, inviting developers to try it out. But Libra is unlike other blockchains, where developers have to run a node. Instead, the network already relies on nodes supplied by Facebook (NASDAQ:FB), and testnet users merely make a request to those nodes.
