WisdomTree Trust - WisdomTree United Kingdom Hedged Equity Fund is an exchange traded fund launched by WisdomTree Investments, Inc. It is co-managed by WisdomTree Asset Management, Inc. and Mellon Capital Management Corporation. The fund invests in the public equity markets of the United Kingdom. It invests, directly and through derivatives such as forward currency contracts or futures contracts, in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in dividend paying stocks of companies across all market capitalizations, having a market capitalization of at least $1 billion. It uses derivatives to hedge against fluctuations in the relative value of the British pound against the U.S. dollar. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the WisdomTree United Kingdom Hedged Equity Index, by using representative sampling methodology. WisdomTree Trust - WisdomTree United Kingdom Hedged Equity Fund was formed on June 28, 2013 and is domiciled in the United States.
