As of March 29, 2017, WisdomTree Trust - WisdomTree Korea Hedged Equity Fund has gone out of business. WisdomTree Trust - WisdomTree Korea Hedged Equity Fund is an exchange traded fund launched by WisdomTree Investments, Inc. It is co-managed by WisdomTree Asset Management, Inc. and Mellon Capital Management Corporation. The fund invests in the public equity markets of South Korea. It invests directly and through derivatives such as forward currency contracts or futures contracts to invest in the stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in stocks of companies having market capitalization of at least $1 billion. It uses derivatives to hedge against fluctuations in the relative value of the Korean won against the U.S. dollar. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the WisdomTree Korea Hedged Equity Index, by using representative sampling methodology. WisdomTree Trust - WisdomTree Korea Hedged Equity Fund was formed on November 7, 2013 and is domiciled in the United States.
