SSgA SPDR ETFs Europe I Public Limited Company - SPDR Barclays U.S. Aggregate Bond UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by State Street Global Advisors Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of the United States. It invests in the US dollar denominated, fixed-rate treasury, government-related and corporate securities, mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, and collateralized mortgage-backed securities with a maturity of more than one year. The fund invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays US Aggregate Bond Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. The fund was formerly known as SSgA SPDR ETFs Europe I Public Limited Company - SPDR Barclays Capital U.S. Aggregate Bond ETF. SSgA SPDR ETFs Europe I Public Limited Company - SPDR Barclays U.S. Aggregate Bond UCITS ETF was formed on June 3, 2011 and is domiciled in Ireland.
