Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II - Invesco Emerging Markets Infrastructure ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Invesco Capital Management LLC. The fund invests in the public equity markets of emerging countries across the globe. It seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating in the infrastructure construction and development sector including construction and engineering, construction machinery, construction materials, diversified metals and mining, heavy electrical equipment, industrial machinery, and steel. The fund invests in the stocks of companies across all market capitalizations with a minimum market capitalization of $500 million. It seeks to replicate the performance of the S-Network Emerging Infrastructure Builders Index, by investing in the stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index. The fund was formerly known as PowerShares Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II - PowerShares Emerging Markets Infrastructure Portfolio. Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II - Invesco Emerging Markets Infrastructure ETF was formed on October 15, 2008 and is domiciled in the United States.
