Voya Global Equity A Fund NAWGX seeks maximum long-term capital appreciation by investing in at least three different countries, one of which may be the United States. NAWGX normally invests at least 65% of its total assets in securities of issuers (believed to have growth potential) located in at least three different countries. NAWGX invests at least 75% of its total assets in common and preferred stocks, warrants, and convertible securities. NAWGX may invest in companies with emerging securities markets when the managers believe they present attractive investment opportunities.
