Good Morning!

We kickoff this morning with Export Sales, 1st Quarter GDP and Jobless Claims at 7:30 A.M. Followed by EIA Gas Storage at 9:30 A.M. and Hogs & Pigs at 2:00 P.M. We also have earnings on Walgreens Boots Alliance (NASDAQ:WBA) today, which is the new kid on the block in the Dow replacing General Electric (NYSE:GE). On the Corn front investors concerned about the tariff talks are also waiting for tomorrow's Grain Stocks and Planted Acreage, which will be released at 11:00 A.M. In the overnight electronic session the July Corn is currently trading at 351 ½, which is 1 cent lower. The trading range has been 352 ¼ to 350 ¾. Tomorrow is First Notice Day on July Grains so speculators should rollover or liquidate by before today’s close in the open outcry session.

On the Ethanol front the market is chugging along with higher Gasoline prices and EPA administrator Scott Pruitt's proposal to raise the ante on percentages of biofuels with the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) In the overnight electronic session the August Ethanol is currently trading at 1.439, which is .004 higher. The trading range has been 1.440 to 1.439. 2 contracts traded and Open Interest is climbing to 1,008 contracts. The market is currently showing 1 bid @ 1.435 and 1 offer @ 1.438.

On the Crude Oil front the market momentum is taking a breather catching its breath after a monumental run this week seeking new highs. In the overnight electronic session the August Crude Oil is currently trading at 7243, which is 33 points lower. The trading range has been 7297 to 7220.

On the Natural gas front we have the weekly EIA Gas Storage data. The Thomson Reuters poll with 25 analysts participating with estimates of injection builds ranging anywhere from 64 bcf to 76 bcf with the median build of 72 bcf. This compares to the one-year injection build of 60 bcf and the five-year average of 73 bcf. With the heatwave moving in this should be supportive to higher prices unless we have a shocking surprise on today’s number. In the overnight electronic session the August Natural Gas is currently trading at 3.001, which is 2 cents higher. The trading range has been 3.011 to 2.966.

Have a Great Trading Day!
