Most people are still trying to short stocks and buy metals. I’ll tell you when it’s time to buy miners (via VanEck Vectors Gold Miners (NYSE:GDX) and VanEck Vectors Junior Gold Miners (NYSE:GDXJ)) and it’s not time yet.

We need to generate some excessive bearish sentiment first. That will come only at the intermediate cycle bottom. And that’s not due until June.

There's nothing wrong with riding up any good move. You don't always have to find the bottom. NUGT made over a $10 per share increase in just a few days due to the latest rally in gold. I see NUGT going to 40 soon. Gold will most likely hit that long term downtrend around 1280 and repeat another uptrend to break over 1300
