First up, Maddy and Ryan highlighted the latest concerns about inflation that emerged after the release of the January CPI earlier this week. Now, investors have even more reason to fear that the Fed will raise interest rates in order to curb possible inflation.

The hosts also discussed Chipotle’s (NYSE:CMG) decision to hire former Yum! Brands (NYSE:YUM) executive Brian Niccol as its new CEO. Niccol, who most recently served as the CEO of Taco Bell, will take over as chief executive officer on March 5. The chief executive is credited with bringing Taco Bell into the digital age, so it will be interesting to watch what he does at Chipotle.
