(Reuters) - One person was killed and 14 were injured in a shooting at a vigil near Houston, Texas, on Sunday, the county sheriff said.
A large crowd had gathered for a "celebration of life" when a vehicle approached and someone in it opened fire, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said on Twitter (NYSE:TWTR).
Of the 14 injured, three were in critical condition, the sheriff said.
The shooting happened in the 1400 block of North Market Loop in Baytown, where a vigil for another shooting victim was being held, according to the Houston Chronicle.
