ZAGREB (Reuters) - Croatia will close from March 19 all services including cinemas, restaurants and bars, as well as shops except food stores, pharmacies and petrol stations as it bids to crack down on the coronavirus, Interior Minister Davor Bozinovic said on Wednesday.
"All services and shops that are not essential will be closed for 30 days," he said.
So far Croatia has registered 87 cases of coronavirus. Five people have recovered and there have been no deaths. From this week, Croatia has closed all schools and universities, with classes being organized online and through state TV channels.
