NEW YORK, Nov 18 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks rose at the open on Thursday, with each of the major indexes up more than 1 percent, on anticipation that Ireland will get a giant loan to ease its debt crisis.
* The Dow Jones industrial average gained 113.56 points, or 1.03 percent, to 11,121.44. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index gained 13.69 points, or 1.16 percent, to 1,192.28. The Nasdaq Composite Index gained 32.73 points, or 1.32 percent, to 2,508.74.
* Ireland's central bank chief said he expected the country to receive tens of billions of euros in loans from European partners and the International Monetary Fund to help shore up its shattered banks and stabilize the economy.
