NEW YORK, Nov 26 (Reuters) - U.S. stock indexes fell about 1 percent at the open on Friday in a shortened post-holiday session as investors fled from risk on worries that euro zone debt problems may continue to spread.
The Dow Jones industrial average dropped 114.51 points, or 1.02 percent, to 11,072.77. The Standard & Poor's 500 declined 10.86 points, or 0.91 percent, at 1,187.49. The Nasdaq Composite lost 20.13 points, or 0.79 percent, at 2,522.99.
