NEW YORK, April 15 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks opened little changed on Friday as a gauge of consumer inflation showed subdued price pressures, offsetting disappointing results from Bank of America Corp and Google Inc.
The Dow Jones industrial average was up 20.13 points, or 0.16 percent, at 12,305.28. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index was up 2.42 points, or 0.18 percent, at 1,316.94. The Nasdaq Composite Index was down 7.18 points, or 0.26 percent, at 2,753.04.
Google late on Thursday unnerved investors with a large jump in first-quarter spending. The Internet company reported an adjusted profit slightly under expectations, and the stock fell 6 percent to $542.62.
