NEW YORK, Jan 14 (Reuters) - The S&P MidCap 400 index rose to an all-time intraday high on Friday, a sign of solid expectations for U.S. growth.
The index surpassed the previous intraday record of 926.67 reached on July 13, 2007.
The midcaps were up 0.2 percent at 926.04 in midday trading.
