NEW YORK, Sept 14 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks edged into positive territory on Tuesday, overcoming earlier weakness as technology and retail shares rose after better-than-expected economic data and a raised outlook from Best Buy.
* The Dow Jones industrial average added 16.04 points, or 0.15 percent, to 10,560.17. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index edged up 0.88 points, or 0.08 percent, at 1,122.78. The Nasdaq Composite Index gained 5.37 points, or 0.23 percent, to 2,291.08.
