WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative has called for United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement panel to review a labor dispute at a facility operated by Atento (OTC:ATTOF) Servicios in Pachuca de Soto, Hidalgo, Mexico, it said in a statement on Tuesday.
The move follows a U.S. request in January for Mexico to review whether workers at call centers in central Hidalgo state were being denied their association and collective bargaining rights.
