Investing.com – Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Healthcare, Industrials and Consumer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 lost 0.87%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Tele2 AB (ST:TEL2b), which rose 1.05% or 1.20 points to trade at 115.55 at the close. Meanwhile, SSAB AB ser. A (ST:SSABa) added 0.85% or 0.34 points to end at 40.32 and Swedish Match AB (ST:SWMA) was up 0.36% or 1.7 points to 477.7 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Atlas Copco AB Series B (ST:ATCOb), which fell 3.42% or 8.1 points to trade at 227.4 at the close. Atlas Copco AB Class A (ST:ATCOa) declined 2.81% or 7.2 points to end at 246.8 and Boliden AB (ST:BOL) was down 2.58% or 6.00 points to 226.30.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 397 to 218 and 67 ended unchanged.
Shares in Boliden AB (ST:BOL) fell to 52-week lows; down 2.58% or 6.00 to 226.30.
Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.56% or 0.38 to $67.39 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.21% or 0.16 to hit $76.34 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.15% or 1.80 to trade at $1202.50 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.73% to 10.5113, while USD/SEK fell 0.25% to 9.0851.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.35% at 95.32.
