Investing.com – Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Healthcare and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 declined 0.84%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Tele2 AB (ST:TEL2b), which rose 1.59% or 1.70 points to trade at 108.90 at the close. Meanwhile, Autoliv Inc . SDB (ST:ALIVsdb) added 0.89% or 6.6 points to end at 747.6 and H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB B (ST:HMb) was up 0.24% or 0.4 points to 169.4 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Getinge AB ser. B (ST:GETIb), which fell 3.72% or 3.6 points to trade at 94.3 at the close. Alfa Laval AB (ST:ALFA) declined 3.50% or 8.6 points to end at 237.2 and Hexagon AB ser. B (ST:HEXAb) was down 2.53% or 13.0 points to 500.6.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 468 to 176 and 43 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.54% or 0.40 to $73.94 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.81% or 0.68 to hit $83.48 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 1.36% or 16.40 to trade at $1189.20 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was up 0.10% to 10.4539, while USD/SEK rose 0.55% to 9.1128.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.26% at 95.56.
