Investing.com – Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Financials, Consumer Services and Consumer Goods sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 lost 0.63%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Boliden AB (ST:BOL), which rose 2.28% or 5.65 points to trade at 253.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Electrolux, AB ser. B (ST:ELUXb) added 1.00% or 1.9 points to end at 196.7 and SSAB AB ser. A (ST:SSABa) was up 0.69% or 0.31 points to 44.94 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were AB SKF B (ST:SKFb), which fell 1.27% or 2.2 points to trade at 170.8 at the close. Svenska Cellulosa SCA AB B (ST:SCAb) declined 1.23% or 1.2 points to end at 100.0 and Svenska Handelsbanken AB A (ST:SHBa) was down 1.07% or 1.20 points to 111.45.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 347 to 275 and 66 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.13% or 0.10 to $75.20 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to hit $84.98 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 1.43% or 17.10 to trade at $1208.80 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was up 0.27% to 10.3864, while USD/SEK rose 0.40% to 8.9818.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.09% at 95.01.
