Investing.com – Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Industrials, Telecoms and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 fell 0.55%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson Class B (ST:ERICb), which rose 4.05% or 2.18 points to trade at 55.98 at the close. Meanwhile, H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB B (ST:HMb) added 1.40% or 2.8 points to end at 202.5 and Fingerprint Cards AB ser. B (ST:FINGb) was up 1.36% or 0.24 points to 17.93 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Atlas Copco AB ser. B (ST:ATCOb), which fell 1.85% or 5.9 points to trade at 312.4 at the close. Lundin Petroleum AB (ST:LUPE) declined 1.63% or 3.20 points to end at 192.70 and Autoliv Inc . SDB (ST:ALIVsdb) was down 1.38% or 15.0 points to 1072.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 325 to 271 and 79 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was down 0.89% or 0.51 to $56.63 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 1.50% or 0.95 to hit $62.39 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.52% or 6.40 to trade at $1248.10 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was up 0.48% to 9.9347, while USD/SEK rose 0.33% to 8.4489.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.16% at 93.91.
