Investing.com – Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Healthcare, Telecoms and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 declined 0.50%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Autoliv Inc . SDB (ST:ALIVsdb), which rose 2.33% or 15.6 points to trade at 684.8 at the close. Meanwhile, Swedbank AB ser A (ST:SWEDa) added 0.43% or 0.9 points to end at 210.3 and Boliden AB (ST:BOL) was up 0.32% or 0.65 points to 204.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were AstraZeneca PLC (ST:AZN), which fell 3.39% or 22.6 points to trade at 644.5 at the close. H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB B (ST:HMb) declined 2.06% or 2.8 points to end at 132.1 and Alfa Laval AB (ST:ALFA) was down 1.87% or 3.7 points to 194.2.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 401 to 204 and 72 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for February delivery was down 0.62% or 0.32 to $51.27 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 0.89% or 0.54 to hit $59.94 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.11% or 1.45 to trade at $1290.95 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was up 0.27% to 10.2663, while USD/SEK rose 0.21% to 8.9462.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.10% at 95.172.
