Investing.com – Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Healthcare, Financials and Industrials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 fell 0.46%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (ST:SBBb), which rose 1.71% or 0.12 points to trade at 7.08 at the close. Meanwhile, Electrolux AB Class B (ST:ELUXb) added 1.22% or 1.20 points to end at 97.70 and Boliden AB (ST:BOL) was up 0.47% or 1.40 points to 298.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were NIBE Industrier AB ser. B (ST:NIBEb), which fell 1.65% or 0.80 points to trade at 48.80 at the close. Atlas Copco AB Series B (ST:ATCOb) declined 1.19% or 1.90 points to end at 157.70 and Getinge AB ser. B (ST:GETIb) was down 1.15% or 2.60 points to 223.80.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 446 to 289 and 96 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.57% or 0.40 to $69.56 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.61% or 0.45 to hit $73.25 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.18% or 4.65 to trade at $2,597.05 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was up 0.19% to 11.34, while USD/SEK rose 0.13% to 10.20.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.02% at 100.59.
