Investing.com – Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Consumer Services, Oil & Gas and Basic Materials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 fell 0.19%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson Class B (ST:ERICb), which rose 1.86% or 1.66 points to trade at 90.94 at the close. Meanwhile, Getinge AB ser. B (ST:GETIb) added 1.31% or 1.9 points to end at 146.9 and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB A (ST:SEBa) was up 0.71% or 0.62 points to 87.68 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB B (ST:HMb), which fell 3.90% or 6.0 points to trade at 148.0 at the close. Nordea Bank Abp (ST:NDASE) declined 1.67% or 1.16 points to end at 68.13 and Autoliv Inc . SDB (ST:ALIVsdb) was down 1.38% or 8.6 points to 613.4.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 360 to 271 and 54 ended unchanged.
Shares in Getinge AB ser. B (ST:GETIb) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 1.31% or 1.9 to 146.9.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 0.84% or 0.44 to $52.07 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 1.37% or 0.85 to hit $61.16 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.18% or 2.45 to trade at $1342.05 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.05% to 10.6356, while USD/SEK fell 0.03% to 9.4831.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.00% at 97.067.
