Investing.com – Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Financials, Industrials and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 declined 0.16%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Svenska Cellulosa SCA AB B (ST:SCAb), which rose 1.72% or 1.5 points to trade at 86.5 at the close. Meanwhile, Kinnevik, Investment AB ser. B (ST:KINVb) added 1.38% or 3.1 points to end at 228.3 and Tele2 AB (ST:TEL2b) was up 1.04% or 1.25 points to 121.80 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Swedbank AB ser A (ST:SWEDa), which fell 3.92% or 6.8 points to trade at 166.6 at the close. Swedish Match AB (ST:SWMA) declined 1.10% or 4.9 points to end at 442.3 and Atlas Copco AB Class A (ST:ATCOa) was down 0.88% or 2.2 points to 254.1.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 349 to 318 and 58 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 0.05% or 0.03 to $55.45 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 0.46% or 0.30 to hit $65.21 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.10% or 1.35 to trade at $1328.15 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was up 0.08% to 10.5792, while USD/SEK fell 0.10% to 9.2975.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.25% at 96.028.
