Investing.com – Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Financials, Consumer Services and Industrials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 lost 0.13%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were SSAB AB ser. A (ST:SSABa), which rose 3.69% or 1.45 points to trade at 40.78 at the close. Meanwhile, Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson Class B (ST:ERICb) added 3.52% or 1.65 points to end at 48.52 and Electrolux, AB ser. B (ST:ELUXb) was up 1.50% or 4.2 points to 283.4 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Svenska Handelsbanken AB A (ST:SHBa), which fell 2.73% or 3.4 points to trade at 121.1 at the close. Nordea Bank AB (ST:NDA) declined 1.73% or 1.90 points to end at 107.80 and Swedbank AB ser A (ST:SWEDa) was down 1.20% or 2.6 points to 213.9.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 413 to 317 and 92 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 1.66% or 0.84 to $51.44 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 1.69% or 0.95 to hit $57.20 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.47% or 6.09 to trade at $1302.59 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.14% to 9.5928, while USD/SEK fell 0.16% to 8.1066.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.09% at 92.86.
