Investing.com – Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Telecoms, Financials and Industrials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 lost 0.11%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Hexagon AB ser. B (ST:HEXAb), which rose 2.46% or 2.70 points to trade at 110.60 at the close. Meanwhile, NIBE Industrier AB ser. B (ST:NIBEb) added 1.41% or 0.80 points to end at 56.20 and Kinnevik, Investment AB ser. B (ST:KINVb) was up 1.30% or 1.10 points to 83.30 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (ST:SBBb), which fell 3.65% or 0.28 points to trade at 7.44 at the close. Telia Company AB (ST:TELIA) declined 3.55% or 1.20 points to end at 32.62 and Svenska Handelsbanken AB A (ST:SHBa) was down 1.69% or 1.80 points to 104.75.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 379 to 373 and 93 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.53% or 0.36 to $68.03 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.38% or 0.27 to hit $71.36 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.86% or 23.10 to trade at $2,671.80 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.28% to 11.27, while USD/SEK fell 0.10% to 10.10.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.04% at 100.21.
