Investing.com – Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Financials, Telecoms and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 fell 0.07%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Fingerprint Cards AB ser. B (ST:FINGb), which rose 5.21% or 0.85 points to trade at 17.15 at the close. Meanwhile, AB SKF B (ST:SKFb) added 1.98% or 3.8 points to end at 192.8 and Volvo, AB ser. B (ST:VOLVb) was up 1.09% or 1.72 points to 159.97 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Swedbank AB ser A (ST:SWEDa), which fell 2.30% or 4.7 points to trade at 199.6 at the close. Autoliv Inc . SDB (ST:ALIVsdb) declined 1.28% or 14.0 points to end at 1084.0 and Boliden AB (ST:BOL) was down 0.91% or 2.70 points to 294.90.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 362 to 258 and 43 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for February delivery was up 0.53% or 0.34 to $64.64 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 0.39% or 0.27 to hit $70.14 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.46% or 6.20 to trade at $1341.10 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was up 0.14% to 9.8353, while USD/SEK fell 0.56% to 8.0163.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.50% at 90.17.
