Investing.com – Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Healthcare and Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 lost 0.03%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Hexagon AB ser. B (ST:HEXAb), which rose 2.04% or 2.30 points to trade at 115.30 at the close. Meanwhile, Boliden AB (ST:BOL) added 1.75% or 6.10 points to end at 355.20 and AB SKF B (ST:SKFb) was up 1.52% or 3.30 points to 220.60 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (ST:SBBb), which fell 2.13% or 0.12 points to trade at 5.28 at the close. AstraZeneca PLC (ST:AZN) declined 1.37% or 20.50 points to end at 1,471.50 and H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB B (ST:HMb) was down 1.23% or 1.90 points to 149.10.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 434 to 312 and 82 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for March delivery was down 1.09% or 0.84 to $76.55 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 0.84% or 0.68 to hit $80.11 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.92% or 25.35 to trade at $2,723.35 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.06% to 11.48, while USD/SEK fell 1.23% to 11.04.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 1.04% at 108.07.
