Investing.com – Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Healthcare, Industrials and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 lost 0.02% to hit a new 3-months low.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Telia Company AB (ST:TELIA), which rose 2.66% or 1.07 points to trade at 41.34 at the close. Meanwhile, H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB B (ST:HMb) added 1.90% or 3.0 points to end at 163.0 and Nordea Bank Abp (ST:NDASE) was up 1.14% or 0.99 points to 87.70 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Getinge AB ser. B (ST:GETIb), which fell 18.41% or 16.9 points to trade at 75.1 at the close. Hexagon AB ser. B (ST:HEXAb) declined 1.66% or 7.7 points to end at 456.4 and Electrolux, AB ser. B (ST:ELUXb) was down 1.51% or 2.8 points to 179.2.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 376 to 250 and 51 ended unchanged.
Shares in Getinge AB ser. B (ST:GETIb) fell to 5-year lows; down 18.41% or 16.9 to 75.1. Shares in Electrolux, AB ser. B (ST:ELUXb) fell to 52-week lows; down 1.51% or 2.8 to 179.2.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.21% or 0.15 to $71.19 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.32% or 0.26 to hit $80.17 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.79% or 9.70 to trade at $1231.70 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was up 0.05% to 10.3662, while USD/SEK fell 0.22% to 8.9426.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.27% at 94.68.
