Investing.com – Sweden stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Healthcare, Industrials and Telecoms sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 gained 1.51%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Autoliv Inc . SDB (ST:ALIVsdb), which rose 9.03% or 65.6 points to trade at 791.8 at the close. Meanwhile, Electrolux, AB ser. B (ST:ELUXb) added 6.24% or 10.8 points to end at 182.9 and Getinge AB ser. B (ST:GETIb) was up 3.97% or 3.4 points to 88.6 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Essity AB B (ST:ESSITYb), which fell 3.92% or 8.40 points to trade at 206.00 at the close. Kinnevik, Investment AB ser. B (ST:KINVb) declined 1.30% or 3.2 points to end at 242.7 and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB A (ST:SEBa) was up 0.26% or 0.24 points to 93.02.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 469 to 185 and 32 ended unchanged.
Shares in Essity AB B (ST:ESSITYb) fell to all time lows; down 3.92% or 8.40 to 206.00. Shares in Kinnevik, Investment AB ser. B (ST:KINVb) fell to 52-week lows; losing 1.30% or 3.2 to 242.7.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.46% or 0.31 to $67.28 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.04% or 0.03 to hit $77.59 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to trade at $1232.50 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.13% to 10.3994, while USD/SEK fell 0.07% to 9.1263.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.20% at 96.32.
