Investing.com – Sweden stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Healthcare, Oil & Gas and Financials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 rose 0.75%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were NIBE Industrier AB ser. B (ST:NIBEb), which rose 5.08% or 2.50 points to trade at 52.60 at the close. Meanwhile, Kinnevik, Investment AB ser. B (ST:KINVb) added 5.02% or 3.70 points to end at 76.40 and Evolution AB (ST:EVOG) was up 2.00% or 19.60 points to 997.20 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Sinch AB (ST:SINCH), which fell 2.88% or 0.65 points to trade at 21.95 at the close. SAAB AB ser. B (ST:SAABb) declined 2.27% or 5.50 points to end at 236.70 and Boliden AB (ST:BOL) was down 0.76% or 2.40 points to 311.50.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 444 to 323 and 73 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.18% or 0.12 to $68.55 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.21% or 0.15 to hit $72.43 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.25% or 6.50 to trade at $2,580.00 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.18% to 11.57, while USD/SEK fell 0.15% to 10.96.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.11% at 106.50.
