Investing.com – Sweden stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Healthcare, Industrials and Financials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 added 0.49%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were NIBE Industrier AB ser. B (ST:NIBEb), which rose 3.81% or 1.70 points to trade at 46.30 at the close. Meanwhile, SAAB AB ser. B (ST:SAABb) added 1.63% or 4.00 points to end at 246.70 and Atlas Copco AB Series B (ST:ATCOb) was up 1.25% or 2.00 points to 157.40 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Sinch AB (ST:SINCH), which fell 2.31% or 0.60 points to trade at 25.35 at the close. Boliden AB (ST:BOL) declined 1.93% or 5.90 points to end at 299.10 and Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (ST:SBBb) was down 1.74% or 0.11 points to 6.11.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 385 to 368 and 80 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for September delivery was down 2.17% or 1.74 to $78.32 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 1.98% or 1.63 to hit $80.67 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.21% or 5.15 to trade at $2,509.15 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was up 0.15% to 11.51, while USD/SEK fell 0.11% to 10.50.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.28% at 102.67.
