Investing.com – Sweden stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Consumer Services, Industrials and Financials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 gained 0.07%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB B (ST:HMb), which rose 4.97% or 6.8 points to trade at 144.5 at the close. Meanwhile, Atlas Copco AB Series B (ST:ATCOb) added 2.16% or 7.0 points to end at 334.0 and Atlas Copco AB Class A (ST:ATCOa) was up 1.66% or 6.0 points to 368.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were SSAB AB ser. A (ST:SSABa), which fell 2.53% or 1.23 points to trade at 47.39 at the close. Boliden AB (ST:BOL) declined 2.14% or 6.70 points to end at 306.00 and Tele2 AB (ST:TEL2b) was down 1.61% or 1.80 points to 110.05.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 364 to 262 and 47 ended unchanged.
Shares in Atlas Copco AB Series B (ST:ATCOb) rose to all time highs; up 2.16% or 7.0 to 334.0.
Crude oil for July delivery was up 0.51% or 0.34 to $66.44 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 0.03% or 0.02 to hit $76.44 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.15% or 1.90 to trade at $1301.30 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.56% to 10.1499, while USD/SEK fell 0.59% to 8.6107.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.03% at 93.53.
