Investing.com - European stocks rose on Tuesday as disappointing euro zone factory data fueled hopes for more central bank stimulus.
The main European indices were broadly higher after similar gains in Asia on the back of weak factory data from China.
The euro fell to almost three year lows against the yen, before clawing back some gains.
Oil prices were also higher, with Brent rising to the highest level since the start of the year.
