(Reuters) - Automaker Stellantis (NYSE:STLA) on Tuesday named Bob Broderdorf as the head of Jeep North America.
Broderdorf, who previously served as senior vice president for the company's Ram brand operations and head of sales operations at Dodge, will now be overseeing strategy, sales and marketing for Jeep in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
"Bob's diverse experiences ... will be critical as the Jeep brand launches its electrified portfolio over the next several years," said Carlos Zarlenga, COO, Stellantis North America.
Broderdorf succeeds Bill Peffer, who will assume the leadership role for North America network development effective Oct. 1 and will manage the company's dealer network across the region.
Peffer will replace Phil Langley as he retires after working with Stellantis for more than 40 years, the company said.
Langley will stay on until the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition for the dealer network, Stellantis added.
