Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the Media & Publishing, Financial Services and Building & Construction sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 4.44% to hit a new 3-months low.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Gassim Investment Holding Company SJSC (TADAWUL:6020), which rose 8.40% or 1.68 points to trade at 21.68 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Airlines Catering Company (TADAWUL:6004) added 1.88% or 1.40 points to end at 75.70 and Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (TADAWUL:2300) was up 1.62% or 0.70 points to 44.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Wafrah for Industry and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:2100), which fell 10.00% or 5.40 points to trade at 48.60 at the close. Anaam International Holding Group (TADAWUL:4061) declined 9.98% or 2.53 points to end at 22.82 and Ataa Educational Co (TADAWUL:4292) was down 9.92% or 6.10 points to 55.40.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 214 to 18 and 6 ended unchanged.
Shares in Anaam International Holding Group (TADAWUL:4061) fell to 52-week lows; down 9.98% or 2.53 to 22.82.
Crude oil for August delivery was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to $107.99 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 5.17% or 6.20 to hit $113.61 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.43% or 8.00 to trade at $1,841.90 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.45% to 3.94, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 1.01% at 104.46.
