Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Financial Services, Energy & Utilities and Media & Publishing sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 2.84% to hit a new 52-week low.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication (TADAWUL:7040), which rose 2.88% or 1.50 points to trade at 53.60 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Industrial Investment Group (TADAWUL:2250) added 2.09% or 0.42 points to end at 20.50 and Theeb Rent a Car Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4261) was up 1.60% or 1.00 points to 63.50 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:8311), which fell 9.93% or 1.14 points to trade at 10.34 at the close. Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (TADAWUL:2030) declined 6.56% or 5.50 points to end at 78.30 and Al-Rajhi Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:8230) was down 6.03% or 5.20 points to 81.10.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 210 to 38 and 8 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for January delivery was up 2.49% or 1.99 to $81.97 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 2.33% or 1.99 to hit $87.56 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.29% or 5.25 to trade at $1,804.35 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.30% to 3.97, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.05% to 3.76.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.06% at 104.44.
