Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Financial Services, Petrochemicals and Media & Publishing sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 1.74% to hit a new 1-month low.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:8311), which rose 10.00% or 2.45 points to trade at 26.95 at the close. Meanwhile, United Cooperative Assurance Co (TADAWUL:8190) added 9.98% or 2.50 points to end at 27.55 and Sadr Logistics Co (TADAWUL:1832) was up 9.98% or 5.60 points to 61.70 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were The National Shipping Co. (TADAWUL:4030), which fell 19.09% or 6.50 points to trade at 27.55 at the close. Saudi Printing & Packaging Company (TADAWUL:4270) declined 4.86% or 0.90 points to end at 17.60 and BANK ALBILAD (TADAWUL:1140) was down 4.70% or 2.25 points to 45.65.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 128 to 94 and 13 ended unchanged.
Shares in Saudi Printing & Packaging Company (TADAWUL:4270) fell to 52-week lows; losing 4.86% or 0.90 to 17.60.
Crude oil for July delivery was up 0.78% or 0.87 to $112.69 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.67% or 0.76 to hit $115.00 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.37% or 6.70 to trade at $1,820.70 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.94% to 3.95, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.70% at 103.47.
