Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Media & Publishing, Industrial Investment and Real Estate Development sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 1.17%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Savola Group (SE:2050), which rose 9.93% or 2.70 points to trade at 29.90 at the close. Meanwhile, Middle East Specialized Cables Co (SE:2370) added 2.27% or 0.20 points to end at 9.00 and Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SE:4050) was up 1.90% or 0.46 points to 24.70 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SE:2300), which fell 6.93% or 0.67 points to trade at 9.00 at the close. Al Sorayai Trading&Industrial Group (SE:1213) declined 6.15% or 1.95 points to end at 29.75 and Saudi Ceramic Co. (SE:2040) was down 5.92% or 1.54 points to 24.46.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 176 to 18 and 2 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 1.52% or 0.85 to $54.96 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 1.41% or 0.87 to hit $60.70 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.42% or 6.35 to trade at $1489.45 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.02% to 4.1628, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7504.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.02% at 97.507.
