Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Energy & Utilities, Financial Services and Petrochemicals sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 1.04%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Middle East Healthcare Co CJSC (TADAWUL:4009), which rose 9.93% or 4.15 points to trade at 45.95 at the close. Meanwhile, Anaam International Holding Group (TADAWUL:4061) added 6.11% or 1.60 points to end at 27.80 and Al Sagr Co-operative Insurance Co (TADAWUL:8180) was up 5.88% or 1.02 points to 18.36 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Alamar Foods CJSC (TADAWUL:6014), which fell 4.61% or 6.20 points to trade at 128.20 at the close. Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4130) declined 4.60% or 0.82 points to end at 17.02 and Arab National Bank (TADAWUL:1080) was down 4.10% or 1.15 points to 26.90.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 137 to 120 and 22 ended unchanged.
Shares in Middle East Healthcare Co CJSC (TADAWUL:4009) rose to 3-years highs; up 9.93% or 4.15 to 45.95.
Crude oil for June delivery was up 0.59% or 0.41 to $70.45 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.62% or 0.46 to hit $74.63 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.24% or 4.80 to trade at $2,024.60 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.28% to 4.08, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.17% at 102.33.
