Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the Media & Publishing, Building & Construction and Real Estate Development sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 0.79%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were National Medical Care Company (SE:4005), which rose 9.86% or 5.50 points to trade at 61.30 at the close. Meanwhile, Lazurde for Jewelry Co (SE:4011) added 4.40% or 0.76 points to end at 18.02 and Astra Industrial Group (SE:1212) was up 3.60% or 0.68 points to 19.56 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Indian Company Insurance (SE:8110), which fell 15.89% or 2.40 points to trade at 12.70 at the close. Al Sorayai Trading&Industrial Group (SE:1213) declined 9.99% or 1.86 points to end at 16.76 and Emaar The Economic City (SE:4220) was down 5.41% or 0.74 points to 12.94.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 125 to 45 and 12 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 0.58% or 0.38 to $65.57 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 1.19% or 0.92 to hit $76.40 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.04% or 0.50 to trade at $1303.50 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.21% to 4.4138, while USD/SAR rose 0.02% to 3.7502.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.13% at 93.55.
