Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Energy & Utilities, Real Estate Development and Financial Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.70% to hit a new 6-months low.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Rajhi REIT (TADAWUL:4340), which rose 4.34% or 0.35 points to trade at 8.42 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Airlines Catering Company (TADAWUL:6004) added 3.13% or 3.10 points to end at 102.00 and CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:8240) was up 2.87% or 0.58 points to 20.78 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Thimar Development Holding Co (TADAWUL:4160), which fell 5.40% or 1.36 points to trade at 23.84 at the close. National Agriculture Development Co (TADAWUL:6010) declined 5.10% or 2.50 points to end at 46.50 and Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development (TADAWUL:4300) was down 4.22% or 0.64 points to 14.54.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 151 to 113 and 22 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.36% or 0.30 to $83.92 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.47% or 0.40 to hit $85.41 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.15% or 2.75 to trade at $1,832.05 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.06% to 3.95, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.17% at 106.35.
