Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Agriculture & Food, Financial Services and Telecoms & IT sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 0.62%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al-Rajhi Cooperative Insurance (SE:8230), which rose 3.78% or 2.50 points to trade at 68.60 at the close. Meanwhile, Alinma Tokio Marine Co (SE:8312) added 3.42% or 0.54 points to end at 16.34 and Malath Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8020) was up 2.82% or 0.34 points to 12.38 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (SE:8150), which fell 4.92% or 1.16 points to trade at 22.40 at the close. Savola Group (SE:2050) declined 3.75% or 1.25 points to end at 32.05 and Yamamah Saudi Cement Co. (SE:3020) was down 3.19% or 0.46 points to 13.98.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 106 to 72 and 11 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was up 1.02% or 0.57 to $56.55 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 0.11% or 0.07 to hit $66.43 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.96% or 12.75 to trade at $1334.85 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.12% to 4.2356, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7504.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.04% at 96.778.
