Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Media & Publishing, Building & Construction and Petrochemicals sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.57%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Sumou Real Estate Company JSCC (TADAWUL:4323), which rose 9.98% or 4.35 points to trade at 47.95 at the close. Meanwhile, Kingdom Holding Company (TADAWUL:4280) added 9.93% or 0.71 points to end at 7.86 and Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Company PJSC (TADAWUL:7204) was up 4.04% or 0.62 points to 15.96 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Miahona Holding SCJSC (TADAWUL:2084), which fell 6.82% or 2.90 points to trade at 39.60 at the close. Nama Chemicals Co. (TADAWUL:2210) declined 3.39% or 0.95 points to end at 27.10 and Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund (TADAWUL:4342) was down 3.22% or 0.40 points to 12.02.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 206 to 88 and 20 ended unchanged.
Shares in Kingdom Holding Company (TADAWUL:4280) rose to 52-week highs; rising 9.93% or 0.71 to 7.86.
Crude oil for September delivery was down 0.84% or 0.66 to $77.74 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 0.81% or 0.67 to hit $81.73 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.64% or 15.40 to trade at $2,410.10 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.26% to 4.07, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.11% at 104.15.
