Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Petrochemicals, Cement and Agriculture & Food sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.43%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Anaam International Holding Group (SE:4061), which rose 9.94% or 7.20 points to trade at 79.60 at the close. Meanwhile, Al-Jouf Agriculture Development Co (SE:6070) added 3.96% or 2.20 points to end at 57.80 and Saudi Marke (SE:4006) was up 3.42% or 0.95 points to 28.70 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Chemical Company (SE:2230), which fell 5.15% or 1.90 points to trade at 35.00 at the close. Saudi Aramco (SE:2222) declined 5.08% or 2.20 points to end at 41.10 and Al Maather REIT (SE:4334) was down 5.08% or 0.49 points to 9.16.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 122 to 94 and 15 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was up 3.61% or 3.92 to $112.62 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 4.44% or 4.94 to hit $116.08 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.86% or 17.00 to trade at $2,005.20 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.23% to 4.15, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.18% at 98.13.
